ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: LET September 2021, Teachers Board Licensure Exams

MANILA, Philippines ( Updated September 22 ) – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the September 2021 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) room assignments few weeks before the exams.

The September 2021 BLEPT/ teachers licensure exams are originally scheduled on March 2020 but later re-scheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is now moved and subdivided into four batches in 2021-2022 due to large volume of examinees. It will now be held on September 2021, January 2022, March 2022 and June 2022.

The exams will be conducted at PRC testing centers located at the National Capital Region, Bacolod, Baguio, Bohol, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Catanduanes, Catarman, Cauayan, Cebu, Davao, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Jolo, Koronadal, Laoag, Legaspi, Lucena, Marinduque, Masbate, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Romblon, Rosales, Tacloban, Tawi-tawi, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Kidapawan.

Examinees shall report before 5:30 in the morning on the said date because late comers will not be admitted as examination fees for late examinees will also be forfeited.

What to bring on the day of LET?

Here are the things to bring during the examination proper:

• Notice of Admission
• Official Receipt
• One (1) piece of metered-stamped window mailing envelope
• Two (2) or more pencils (NO. 2)
• Ball pens (black ink only)
• One (1) piece long brown envelope
• One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
• Any licensed Physician (government or private physician)
• Municipal Health Officer, Provincial Health Officer or City Health Officer
• Barangay Officer visiting the examinee’s residence attesting that he/she has been in quarantine for 14 days;
• Informed Consent Form and Health Declaration Form
• Face mask preferably N95 and Face Shield (to be worn at all times)
• 70% ethyl alcohol for regular hand disinfection
• Pre-packed meal/snacks and drinks

PRC said that examinees shall submit the Post Examination Health Surveillance Form to the concerned Regional Office 14 days after the conduct of exams.

What if I failed to take the exams?

In the event that the examinee failed to take the exams due to below reasons, examinee will be allowed to take on the next schedule subject to the following requirements:

• Health Related Reasons: The examinee must submit a letter to the commission or respective board with notarized Medical Certificate as attachment
• Travel Restriction Reasons: The examinee must submit a letter to the commission or respective board with Official letter or restriction from the concerned LGU

What to wear on examination day?

Here are the specified dress codes from PRC:

• For male examinees, tucked-in white polo shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks
• For female examinees, tucked-in white blouse or shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks
• Examinees shall be well-groomed, with hair properly clipped and/or pony tailed.

What are not allowed during board exams?

• Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas
• Calculators regardless of model or unit (except for examinees with Mathematics major)
• Apple, Samsung and other smart watches, cellular phones, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth and other electronic devices which may be used for communication purposes;
• Bags of any kind

On the use of calculator

Examinees for the secondary level with major in Mathematics are allowed to use calculators. However, the calculator must only include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, trigonometric function, logarithm and xy functions.

One (1) calculator will be allowed inside the examination room per examinee which will also be thoroughly inspected by the examination personnel.

Board exams during the COVID-19 pandemic

The following precautionary health and safety guidelines shall be observed at all times during the conduct of the PRC licensure exams:

• Wearing of face mask and face shield. Examinees are also required to bring alcohol-based sanitizers.
• Examination personnel shall be provided with face mask, face shield and latex gloves.
• Observe physical distancing by maintaining 1-meter distance from one another.
• Body temperature will be checked using thermal scanner prior to entry at examination premises. Those with fever, colds or cough are not allowed to take the exams. Their payment will not be forfeited and can be used in the next licensure exam.
• Examinees are advised to bring their food as they will not be allowed to exit the examination room during break time and lunch time.
• Examinees shall sanitize before entering the examination room, after using the rest room and before distribution of test questionnaires.

PRC added that they will not be responsible of any lost personal belongings.

Shown below is the schedule for 2021 LET/ Teachers board exams for the previously postponed LET due to the pandemic.

The application for the LET 2021 is closed while the LET application for the year 2022 is yet to be announced by PRC.

UPDATE : As of September 19, 2021 — LET for the testing sites National Capital Region (NCR), Lucena, Romblon, and Butuan has been postponed.

All other PRC testing sites will proceed: Bacolod, Baguio, Bohol, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cauayan Isabela, Cebu, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Pagadian, Rosales, Sulu, Tawi-tawi, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: LET September 2021, Teachers Board Licensure Exams

MANILA, Philippines – The list of room assignments for the September 2021 Licensure Licensure Exam for Teachers , often known as LET, LEPT, or BLEPT, will be released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) weeks before the exams.

The teachers licensing examinations for September 2021 were originally set for March 2020, but were rescheduled because to the COVID-19 epidemic, which caused various travel restrictions. Due to the enormous number of examinees, it has been relocated and divided into four batches in 2021-2022. September 2021, January 2022, March 2022, and June 2022 will now be the dates. PRC testing facilities in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cauayan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Kidapawan will conduct the LET in September 2021.

Glenda S. Arquiza, the Board of Professional Teachers’ Chairman, is joined by Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Vice Chairman Dr. Paz Lucido, and members Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy.

July 13, 2021: PRC releases the final list of licensure examinees in the LET September 2021 (First batch).

“The Professional Regulation Commission – National Capital Region informs the public that PRC Resolution No. 1363 dated 26 May 2021, declaring that the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) examinees for 2021 shall be conducted in four (four) batches.”, PRC on LET 2021

Here is the list of LET September 2021 Examinees (Batch 1)

“Examinees are reminded that the lists are final and requests for transfers or postponement will no longer be entertained.” Those who did not make the first cut will be placed in the second, third, and fourth batches, accordingly. If you have any questions, PRC suggests calling this number: +639751136621.

According to the most recent statement, there will be 4,998 examinees in the September 2021 LET (First batch). The following is a breakdown for first-timers:

June 23, 2021: PRC Region 1, Rosales has released the list of applicants for the September 2021 LET. However, this is not the official room assignments yet.

June 2021: PRC Baguio releases the list of PRC-CAR qualified applicants for the September 2021 LET.

Hello Jocelyn. Kun naka register po kayo noong March 2020 na exam, check niyo po sa mga Room Assignment links sa taas kung nan doon yung panganlan niyo. Kung wala po, maaring nasa future schedule pa po kayo.

Kung hindi pa po kayo nakapag register para sa exam, hindi pa po tumatanggap ng bagong application ang PRC para sa LET. Uubusin po muna nila ang backlog sa exam bago mag umpisang tumanggap ng mga bagong test-takers.

Mam may list napo ba kayo sa second batch po sa davao para malaman ko aling batch ako

Yung lists po ay released with the room assignment. Last time po, it was released less than one month before the exam. Expect nyu nalang po around late December or Early January.

The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. • Examinees should report before 06:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
• Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope**, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
• CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Wear the prescribed dress code.

PRC Cebu, Region 7: Room Assignments & Final List of September 2021 LET Examinees (Batch 1)

Manila, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Cebu/ Region 7 releases the final list of examinees for the first and second batch of September 26, 2021 and January 30, 2022 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET). Room assignments will follow few weeks before the exams.

PRC Cebu reminded that “the lists are final and requests for transfers or postponement will no longer be entertained.”

The PRC National Capital Region (NCR) already released the final list of examines for first-timers saying that those who are not in the list will be included in the next batches. To quote,

“examinees not in the list shall be included in the second, third and fourth batch, prospectively”

Likewise, they reminded that the lists are final and further requests for transfers or postponement will no longer be entertained.

LET Schedule

As per PRC announcement, the Licensure Examination for Teachers which was supposedly be held last March 2021 will now be held in four (4) batches of exam due to large number of examinees.
