कक्षा 1 (Class 1)

कक्षा 2 (Class 2) 

Note  – गृहकार्य एक अलग (Three in one ) कॉपी में करें। हिन्दी  – 5 पेज सुलेख। विभिन्न जानवरों तथा पक्षियों के चित्र चार्ट पर चिपकाकर उनकी ध्वनियां लिखो। संस्कृत-  पशु व पक्षियों के दस- दस चित्र एक चार्ट पर चिपकाकर उनके नाम संस्कृत में लिखना। पांच- पांच फलों, सब्जियों, वाहनों व फलों व फूलों के नाम लिखना व याद करना। सदाचार-  राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का सुंदर एंव आकर्षक चित्र बनाइये। वन्दना की पुस्तक याद कीजिये। चार्ट पेपर की सहायता से यातायात के साधनो के नियम अथवा दिशा- ज्ञान का सुन्दर एवं आकर्षक चित्र बनाइये। सामाजिक अध्ययन –  रावण के गुणों एवं अवगुणों की तालिका बनाइयें। जब किसी नगर या गांव में आग लग जाती है तो उससे क्या- क्या हानिया होती है। चार्ट पर ‘भारत देश‘ का सुंदर मानचित्र बनाइये। English –  paste picture of 10 actions on a chart. Read chapter 1,2,3 and find 20 difficult words and learn their meanings. Write four words for each alphabet (for ex- A for apple,ant,aunt,able) write 5 page writing. Maths –  write the numbers name from 1- 100. Write the roman number from 1-50 . prepare an abacus by waste materials. EVS-  collect the pictures of animals you have seen in your neighbourhood and paste them in chart. Plant an tulsi in a pot in house and take care of it. Make a chart of food grains also paste some seeds of each. Computer –  learn lesson – 1 and read lesson -2 and 3

Make a chart on poem- lord Ganesh or The little plant or the lion and the mouse. Science  – paste 5 different types of leaves and flowers in your holiday homework copy. Maths-   learn table 2 to 20 and write also. Learn and write 1 to 100 counting spelling and revise chapter 1 and 2. Computer-   make a model of Abacus. Drawing –  make a beautiful things from waste materials. सदाचार-  पुस्तक के पेज न0 52 से मांसाहारी व शाकाहारी पशुओं के नाम लिख कर चार्ट में चित्र बनाएं। हिन्दी-  अ से अः तक मात्राओं के पन्द्रह शब्द कॉपी पर लिखना व याद करना, हिन्दी व्याकरण पाठ 1 से 4 तक पढना, सुलेख पुस्तिका में पांच पेज सुलेख करना। संस्कृत-  गृह उपयोगी कोई 10 वस्तुओं के नाम संस्कृत में लिखकर चित्र बनाना। 1 से 20 तक संस्कृत में गिनती लिखना व याद करना। सामाजिक अध्ययन –  पुस्तक पठ्न, कॉपी में कराया गया समस्त कार्य याद करो। चार्ट बनाए (एक विषय पर ) हमारे प्रतीक, महाभारत पुस्तक, गौतम बुद्ध, समा्रट अशोक, महावीर।

कक्षा 4 (Class 4)

English –  learn ten words from each alphabet and write them with their meaning in a note-book . Learn at least 35 verbs and their forms. Make a chart on any one topic – The God poem( 1-10). The Rainbow poem ( 10 -20). The Sun poem (20-30 ) My Teacher poem (30 to last). Maths-  learn number name from 500 to 1000. learn tables 2 to 30. Do four questions of add and four questions of subtraction daily in holiday home work copy. Make a chart of following topic according to your roll no- 1 to 25 Types of Angles. 26 to 50 Shapes. Science  – 5 types leaves, seeds,  flowers paste in scrap book.  Make a working model from any topic related to science. Make a list of harmful things for our environment in holiday home work copy. Learn all the class work. Computer –  make a chart of any two computer  devices and give them 3D shapes.  Drawing  – Make any object from waste materials. सामाजिक अध्ययन-  गौरव भारत व उत्तर- प्रदेश के पहले दो- दो पाठों को अच्छे से पढे व याद करें। किसी एक विषय पर चार्ट बनायें। महावीर स्वामी व उनके 5 उपदेश (1-10), गौतम बुद्व (11- 20), हमारे राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक (21-30), उत्तर-प्रदेश का मानचित्र बनाकर विभिन्न प्रदेशों व पडोसी देशों को दर्शाते हुए रंग भरे। हिन्दी  – भाषा, व्याकरण, लिपि ,स्वर, व्यंजन, संज्ञा, सर्वनाम , क्रिया, विशेषण की परिभाषाएं याद करना। (सुलेख पुस्तिका) मे 10 पेज सुलेख लिखना, संयुक्त व्यंजनों के पांच- पांच शब्द लिखना । सदाचार –  कोई दो शिक्षाप्रद कहानी सुन्दर लेख मे लिखकर लाना। चार्ट पर कोई पांच महापुरूषों के चित्र बनाकर या चिपकाकर उनके विषय में पांच- पांंच वाक्य लिखना। प्रदेश व उनकी राजधानी लिखना व याद करना । अच्छे बालकों के कोई दस गुण लिखकर लाना । संस्कृत  – ंपाठ 1 से 3 तक अभ्यास कार्य, प्रश्नोत्तर याद करना, अभ्यास में दिये गये शब्दों द्वारा वाक्य रचना करना , पांच फलों सब्जियों , फूलों के नाम लिखना , शब्द रूप देव, पुष्प,बालिका, याद करना, धातु रूप, पठ्, गम् याद करना, पुस्तक पठन का अभ्यास करना ।

कक्षा 5 (Class 5)

English –  write and learn ten words from each alphabet in a copy. Learn at least 50 verbs and their forms. Make chart on any one topic- parts of speech (R.N0 1 -10). Little things poem (R. no 11-20). Work and play (R.No. 20-30). Who seen the wind (R. No. 30- last). Maths-  Learn tables 2 to 30. Do 5-5 questions of multiple and divide daily in holiday home work copy. Make a chart of following topic according to your roll no- (R.NO. 1to 25 fraction). (R.NO. 26 to 50 Roman number). Science  – Any working model related to science topic or make a project file  of cleanlines 10 types of flowers, seeds and  of leaves paste in scrap book. Learn all class work. Computer  – make a model of monitor help of cardboard/ Learning , reading chapter 1 to 3 . हिन्दी-  भाषा, लिपि, वर्ण , स्वर व्यंजन की परिभाषा याद करके लिखे, संयुक्ताक्षरो (क्ष, त्र,ज्ञ,श्र) से पांच- पांच शब्द बनाओं ग्रीष्म ऋतु में घूमने गये यात्रा का वर्णन, सुलेख पुस्तिका के 10 पेज भरना। संस्कृत-  शब्द रूप तत (वह) पुल्लिंग स्त्रीलिंग एवं नपुसकलिंग बालक, देव फल एवं नदी याद करना धातु रूप् गम् , पठ, कृ,नी, हस याद करना एवं कॉपी मे पांच फूलों, फलो, के नाम लिखना एवं कॉपी में करवाया गया समस्त कार्य याद करना। सामाजिक-  गौरवशाली भारत व भारत भूमि के पढाये गये पाठो को समझे व याद करें। महाद्वीप, महासागर व पडोसी देशो के नाम याद करें। ग्लोब का माडॅल (1-10) किसी एक विषय पर चार्ट समाज सुधारक (11- 20) विभिन्न क्रान्तिकारी का चार्ट (21 – 30), विभिन्न साहित्यकारो का चार्ट (31 से 40)। कला-  पेपर किंटंग द्वारा वॉडर तैयार करें। सदाचार –  पाठ 1 से 4 तक का सभी कार्य याद करें। औषिधीय पौधें या स्वदेशी वस्तुओं का चार्ट बनाये। नीति के दोहे , अमृतवाणी , सुभाषित याद करें। सूर्य नमस्कार का प्रतिदिन अभ्यास करे।

A survey was conducted through questionnaire prepared by CBSE to collect feedback from parents, teachers, students and other educationists on “Alternatives to Homework at Upper Primary Level” for Class Sixth, Seventh and Eighth so that appropriate strategies and meaningful activities can be designed and suggested to schools. The questions were directed to know the ideal quantity and purpose of the homework, whether homework should be assigned in all the subjects, internet usage should be a part of the homework or not, how homework helps in teaching.

Keeping in view emerging issues, there is a need to think about giving quality homework emphasizing on acquiring applied learning skills. Few points can be kept in mind while designing a quality homework by teachers: 1, Provide students capacity building activities which are followed up and acknowledged like drawing, creative writing, making puzzles, stories, plays, online games, reading online books and craft.

2. Provide them assignment sheets which improve their reading & writing abilities. Homework must enable the student to practice a skill independently. 3. A possible discussion can be held with different children on what they would like to do at home to improve in which ever area they deem necessary. Homework must be designed in a way that maximizes the chances of its completion by the students.

4. Parents should be able to understand the child’s needs and schools suggestions on how to learn mathematics, logical reasoning, etc. by doing puzzles, writing letters, reading to elders from the newspapers, making household lists, recipe making and cooking. 5. Learners who have dyslexia or number difficulty should have practice assignments overcoming their problems.

The child in middle school have a keenness to discover more and prepare for the examination. Learning is about developing new faculties, which become useful as an adult. The years 12 to 15 are years when rules become important, and doing well, excelling are given importance both at home and in the class. As the child grows chronically his/her emotional maturity also grows and there are interests which are beyond just what lessons can give.

The homework assigned should: 1. enhance study habits and practice skills (which learners are able to perform independently) 2. reinforce necessary skills both scholastic and co-scholastic among the learners. 3. enable learners to become independent learners and thinkers and develop among them 21st century skills so that they can participate in Make in India in future. 4. lead to the improvement in the academic achievement of the learner.

5. expand on the existing knowledge of the learners and be a part of the already acquired competencies in the classroom. 6. not put unneeded pressure or stress by including new learning material or difficult material to be worked upon by learners themselves. 7. be CBSE Syllabus based and as per developmental needs of the learners. 8. not require specific resources or technology which is not accessible to all learners. 9. have clearly defined, purposeful, creative and engaging activities.

It is also advised that teachers can refer to Life Skills Manuals, Health Manuals and Environmental Education Manuals which contain age appropriate and interesting activities which can be taken up by the learners individually. These activities can be assigned to learners so as to enhance their life skills, values and make them health conscious.

Homework is needed, and necessary for a teacher to be able to follow up with each child. The correction and feedback on homework is an important input that helps both parents and children to follow up and improve in areas which are needed. The recourse extra classes, can be reduced if the homework is used for learning improvement and acquisition of diverse skills. गर्मी वर्ष का सबसे गर्म मौसम होता है हालांकि, बच्चों के लिए बहुत ही रुचि पूर्ण और मनोरंजक मौसम है क्योंकि  इस दौरान उन्हें समर कैंप, तैराकी करने, पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में जाने, आइस-क्रीम खाने, लस्सी पीने, पसंदीदा फल खाने आदि का मौका मिलता है। वे गर्मी के मौसम में स्कूल की छुट्टियों का आनंद लेते हैं। यह चार शीतोष्ण ऋतुओं में से एक है, जो वसंत और पतझड़ के बीच में आता है।

ग्रीष्म ऋतु पर निबंध – 1 (250 – 300 शब्द).

ग्रीष्म ऋतु साल का सबसे गर्म मौसम होता है, जिसमें दिन के समय बाहर जाना काफी मुश्किल होता है। बहुत से लोग गर्मियों में सुबह में टहलना पसंद करते हैं। इस मौसम में धूल से भरी हुई, शुष्क और गर्म हवा पूरे दिन भर चलती रहती है। कभी-कभी लोग अधिक गरमी के कारण हीट-स्ट्रोक, पानी की कमी, डायरिया, हैजा, और अन्य स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से भी प्रभावित हो जाते हैं।

गर्मी के मौसम में बचाव के उपाय

गर्मी के मौसम के दौरान हमें आरामदायक सूती कपड़े पहनने चाहिए। हमें गर्मी की ऊष्मा से बचने के लिए ठंडे पदार्थों का सेवन करना चाहिए। हमें पूरे मौसम में स्वस्थ और तंदुरुस्त रहने के लिए बहुत सी सावधानियाँ रखनी चाहिए। हमें गर्मियों की छुट्टियों के दौरान गर्मियों का सामना करने के लिए पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में जाना चाहिए। हमें लोगों से विशेष रुप से, वस्तु विक्रेता, डाकिया, आदि से पानी के लिए अवश्य पूछना चाहिए। हमें गर्मियों के मौसम में ठंडक प्रदान करने वाले संसाधनों का प्रयोग करना चाहिए हालांकि, ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के बुरे प्रभावों को रोकने के लिए बिजली का प्रयोग कम करना चाहिए। हमें बिजली और पानी बर्बाद नहीं करना चाहिए। हमें अपने आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में अधिक पेड़-पौधे लगाने चाहिए और गर्मी को कम करने के लिए उन्हें नियमित रुप से पानी देना चाहिए।

ग्रीष्म ऋतु पृथ्वी के घूर्णन अक्ष के सूर्य की ओर होने के कारण होती है। गर्मी का मौसम बहुत ही शुष्क और गर्म (भू मध्य सागरीय क्षेत्रों में) और बरसात का मौसम (पूर्वी एशिया में मानसून के कारण) लाता है। कुछ स्थानों पर, गर्मी के दौरान वसंत ऋतु में तूफान और बवंडर (जो विशेष रुप से सुबह और शाम के समय तेज और गर्म हवाओं के कारण उत्पन्न होता है) बहुत ही आम बात है।

गर्मी की छुट्टियां

ग्रीष्म ऋतु से जितना लाभ हैं उतनी ही हानियाँ हैं। यदि ग्रीष्म ऋतु न होती तो अनाज कैसे पकता? वर्षा कैसे होती? अतः इस ऋतु का अपना ही महत्व है। हमें इस ऋतु में सदा साफ़-सुथरा रहना चाहिए। हमें इस ऋतु में हल्का भोजन करना चाहिए। प्रातः और सायं घूमने के लिए अवश्य जाना चाहिए ताकि सायं का ताजी हवा का आनंद ले सके। हालांकि लू लगने के कारण इस ऋतु में कई लोगों की मृत्यु भी हो जाती है परन्तु यदि सही उपायों को अपनाया जाये तो गर्मीं के कई सारे दुष्प्रभावों से आसानी से बचा जा सकता है।

निबंध 3 (500 शब्द)

भारत में मुख्य रुप से चार मौसम होते हैं गर्मी का मौसम उसमें से एक है। यह बहुत ही गर्म मौसम होता है, परन्तु कई लोगों के द्वारा इसे काफी पसंद किया जाता है। यह चार महीनों के लिए होता है (मार्च, अप्रैल, मई और जून), हालांकि, मई और जून सबसे अधिक गर्मी वाले महीने होते हैं। गरमी का मौसम पृथ्वी के सूर्य के चारों ओर घूमने के कारण होता है। इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान, जब पृथ्वी का भाग सूर्य के करीब आता है, तो वह भाग (सूर्य की सीधी किरणों के पड़ने के कारण) गर्म हो जाता है, जो गर्मियों का मौसम लाता है। इस मौसम में, दिन लम्बे होते हैं और रातें छोटी हो जाती है।

यह होली के त्योहार के बाद पड़ता है और बरसात के मौसम की शुरुआत के साथ खत्म होता है। गर्मी के मौसम के दौरान वाष्पीकृत पानी वाष्प के रुप में वातावरण में संग्रहित हो जाता है (जो बादलों का निर्माण करता है) और बरसात के मौसम में बारिश के रुप में गिरता है। गर्मी के मौसम के लाभों के साथ ही कुछ हानियाँ भी है। एक तरफ, जहाँ यह मौसम बच्चों के मनोरंजन और आराम प्रदान करता है। वहीं दूसरी ओर, यह लोगों को बहुत सी मुश्किलों और जोखिमों में भी डालता है जैसे उच्च ऊष्मा, तूफान, शरीर में पानी की कमी, कमजोरी, बेचैनी आदि। गर्मियों में मध्याह्न का समय भयंकर गर्मी से भरा हुआ होता है, जिसके कारण बहुत से कमजोर लोग लू लगने के कारण बीमार हो जाते हैं या मर जाते हैं।

भारत में बहुत से स्थानों पर, लोग पानी की कमी और सूखे की स्थितियों से पीड़ित होते हैं, क्योंकि इस मौसम में कुएं, तालाब और नदियाँ सूख जाती है। इसके साथ ही पेड़ों की पत्तियाँ भी पानी की कमी के कारण सूख कर गिर जाती है। चारों तरफ धूल से युक्त गर्म हवाएं चलती है, जो लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए काफी जोखिमपूर्ण होती है। हमें गर्मी के मौसम में गर्मी से बचने के लिए अधिक फल खाने चाहिए, ठंडी चीजों को पीना तथा धूप से बचकर रहना चाहिए।

ग्रीष्म ऋतु में बहुत ही ज्यादा गर्मी होती है, गरम तेज हवाएं चलती है जिसे “लू” का नाम दिया गया है। जमीन, दीवारें, घर हवा आदि सब गर्म होते हैं। सूर्य के भीषण गर्मी से तलाबें, नदियां सूखने लगते है, पानी की कमी होने लगती है। पशु पक्षी को पानी और भोजन नहीं मिल पता और इस झुलसती आग में त्राहि-त्राहि कर उठते हैं। पशु-पक्षी और निर्धन लोग इस भीषण गर्मी से राहत पाने के लिए पेड़ों कि छांव ढूँढते हैं। लोग अपने घरों में बैठे पंखों एवं ठंडी पेय जल जैसे शरबत, लस्सी, रसना का आनन्द लेते हैं । धनी लोग या तो इन दिनों ठंडी जगहों पर चले जाते हैं या वातानुकूलित भवनों में निवास करते हैं।

इस मौसम में कई लोग गर्म जगहों को छोड़ ठंडी जगहों पर घूमने जाते है। गर्मी ज्यादा होने की वजह से लोग कई बार नहाना चाहते है। और ठंडी तरल पदार्थों का सेवन करना चाहते है। बार-बार पानी पीने पर भी प्यास नहीं बुझती है। लू इतनी तेज और जानलेवा होती है कि लोगों को घर से बाहर निकलने का मन ही नहीं करता है। इस मौसम में घर से बाहर कदम रखना बहुत ही कष्टदायक हो जाता है। ऐसे मौसम में गुजारा करना मुश्किल हो जाता है बिना कूलर के गुजारा नहीं हो पाता है। ये साल के सबसे लम्बे और गर्म हवाओं से युक्त दिन होते हैं। इन दिनों में हमें अपने पसंदीदा फल और फसलें मिलती हैं।

निबंध 4 (600 शब्द)

साल के चारों मौसमों में सबसे गर्म मौसम गरमी का होता है। यह ग्रीष्मकालीन संक्रान्ति के दौरान शुरु होता है, हालांकि इसकी समाप्ति शरद कालीन विषुवत के दिन होती है। दक्षिणी और उत्तरी गोलार्द्ध एक दूसरे की विपरीत दिशा में स्थित है; इसलिए जब दक्षिणी गोलार्द्ध में गरमी होती है, तो उत्तरी गोलार्द्ध में सर्दी होती है।

• पृथ्वी अपने घूर्णन काल के दौरान जब सूर्य की ओर झुकती है, तो गर्मी का मौसम आता है (अर्थात् गोलार्द्ध के सूर्य की ओर झुकने पर गर्मी और गोलार्द्ध के सूर्य से दूर होने पर सर्दी होती है)।
• बच्चे गर्मियों में खुश हो जाते हैं, क्योंकि उन्हें स्कूल से एकसाथ कई दिनों की छुट्टियाँ मिल जाती है।
• दक्षिणी गोलार्द्ध में दिसम्बर, जनवरी और फरवरी भी गर्मी के मौसम है, हालांकि, उत्तरी गोलार्द्ध में जून, जुलाई और अगस्त महीनों में गर्मी का मौसम होता है।
• यह वह मौसम है, जिसमें ज्यादातर लोग अपने घरों से दूर पहाड़ी या ठंडे क्षेत्रों में रहते हैं।

ग्रीष्म ऋतु गर्म मौसम क्यों है ?

यह बहुत अधिक तापमान और शुष्क मौसम होता है, जिसमें हिंसक मानसून भी शामिल रहता है, जो मृत्यु दर को बढ़ाने का मुख्य कारण बनता है। इस ऋतु में मौसम उच्च तापमान के कारण अधिक गर्म हो जाता है, जो कुछ क्षेत्रों में पानी की आपूर्ति में कमी की वजह से सूखे का कारण बनता है। गर्म हवाएं और तापमान में वृद्धि, दोनों ही इस ऋतु को बहुत अधिक गर्म बनाती है, जो मनुष्य और जंगली जानवरों दोनों के लिए बहुत अधिक परेशानी का निर्माण करता है।

गरमी के मौसम में बहुत सी (मनुष्य और पशुओं दोनों की) मृत्यु शरीर में पानी की कमी के कारण होती है। बीमारी नियंत्रक और रोकथाम केन्द्र की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, उच्च ऊष्म तरंगें ग्रीष्म ऋतु में गरमी की चरम सीमा का कारण होती है। इसलिए, इस मौसम में सबसे अच्छा अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेटेड रहना चाहिए। विज्ञान की राष्ट्रीय खाद्य अकादमी एवं पोषण बोर्ड के अनुसार, महिलाओं को सामान्य रूप से पानी की 2.7 लीटर मात्रा और पुरुषों को गर्मियों में दैनिक आधार पर 3.7 लीटर पानी अवश्य पीना चाहिए। यद्यपि, जो लोग व्यायाम या अधिक परिश्रम का काम करते हैं। उन्हें सामान्य से अधिक पानी पीना चाहिए।

एनओएए के राष्ट्रीय जलवायु केंद्र द्वारा दर्ज किए गए आकड़ों के अनुसार, यह दर्ज किया गया कि, साल 2014 में सबसे अधिक गर्मी थी। नासा के अनुसार गर्मी के मौसम में साल दर साल ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का प्रभाव बढ़ता ही जा रहा है। जिससे कि यह बढ़ता हुआ तापमान बहुत शीघ्र ही इस संसार में सभी स्थानों को गर्म स्थानों में तब्दील कर देगा।

गर्मी के मौसम में होने वाली परेशानियां

गर्मी में लोगों को कई तरह की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है जैसे कि पसीने से लथपथ होना, लू लगना, शरीर में पानी की कमी हो जाना आदि। गर्मी के मौसम में लोगों का बाहर आना जाना बहुत ही कम हो जाता है क्योंकि जैसे-जैसे दिन बढ़ता जाता है तामपान भी वैसे-वैसे ही बढ़ता जाता है। इस मौसम में होने वाली भयावह गर्मी के कारण लोग काम करने से भी कतराते हैं। जो लोग ठंड के दिन में एक बार भी नहीं नहाते उनको ये गर्मी दिन भर में चार-पांच बार नहाने पर मजबूर कर देता। अब तो आप समझ ही गए होंगे ये गर्मी हमसे क्या-क्या नहीं करती। कुछ वैज्ञानिक का कहना है की मनुष्य द्वारा उत्पन्न होने वाले प्रदूषण के कारण ही गर्मी का स्तर दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ता ही जा रहा है।

जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं कि  मनुष्य ईश्वर द्वारा निर्मित सबसे बुद्धिमान प्राणी है। इसलिए हमें गर्मी के मौसम में हमेशा सकरात्मक सोच रखनी चाहिए। हमें गर्मी के सभी आरामदायक संसाधनों के द्वारा इस मौसम का आनंद लेना चाहिए, हालांकि हमें इनका उपयोग संयमित रुप से करना चाहिए। हमें हमेशा पानी तथा बिजली की भी बचत करनी चाहिए। हमें बिजली और पानी को बर्बाद नहीं करना चाहिए, क्योंकि हमारी पृथ्वी पर साफ पानी बहुत ही मात्रा में उपलब्ध है और अत्यधिक बिजली खपत ग्लोबल वार्मिंग को बढ़ाने का कार्य करता है। तो इसलिए यह हम सबका का दायित्व है कि हम अपने संसाधनों की रक्षा करते हुए गर्मी के इस मौसम को अपने लिए और भी आनंदकारी बनाने का प्रयास करें।
