• A portfolio can be part of your formative assessment, which means that your portfolio assignments are evaluated as part of your learning process and results will be available once marked,

ABOUT NSFAS In accordance with the National Student Financial Aid Scheme, the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) was established. NSFAS is a bursary program that provides free higher education and training to poor and working-class South African students. The mission of NSFAS is to provide financial assistance to students from low-income and working-class households who wish to attend public universities and technical colleges

PROGRAM. Former President Jacob Zuma declared on December 16, 2017, that the South African government will gradually implement “totally subsidized free higher education and training for poor and working-class South African students.” The money would be phased in over a five-year period, resulting in the establishment of the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) Bursary Scheme.

Unisa Assignment Submission 2024-2025

Unisa assignment submission refers to the procedure through which students at the University of South Africa (Unisa) submit their completed academic assignments to their respective course instructors or modules. Unisa is a distance-learning college that provides students from all over the world with a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

As part of the testing and evaluation process, Unisa provides numerous academic duties, known as assignments, to its students. These tasks are intended to assess students’ comprehension of course topics, critical thinking abilities, and capacity to apply information to real-world circumstances.

Unisa would like its students to excel in their studies and to be adequately prepared for their exams. This is why UNISA insist that all of their students submit a number of assignments per course before they are eligible to take an exam.

Unisa Assignment Submission Method 2024-2025

All assignment should be submitted online through the internet using myUnisa site. You have to login as a myUnisa user and assign yourself a password before you can use the online assignment submission features on myUnisa. MyUnisa may only be used by students who enrolled for the current academic year. Using myUnisa, you can submit written and multiple-choice assignment for formal courses online.

Before you can utilise the online assignment submission services on myUnisa, you must first register as a myUnisa user and create a password for yourself. MyUnisa is only available to students who are registered for the current academic year. On the myUnisa website, you will find a full explanation on how to register as a user. Navigate to https://my.unisa.ac.za/ and click the Join myUnisa button.

• Submitting Multiple-Choice Assignment through Unisa

It is easy, quick and reliable to send a multiple-choice assignment through myUnisa only if you follow the step-by-step instructions on the screen. 

• Submitting Written Assignments Online

W ays T o Confirm If Your Assignments Have Been Submitted Successfully

• You will receive a simple status message when you send an assignment. If the message reads ‘Assignment received in good order,’ Unisa has successfully received your assignment.
• On submission, you will receive a receipt with a distinctive track as well as a trace number.
• After successful submission of an assignment, your list of assignments for each module on myUnisa will be updated immediately.

Please note : Assignments submitted through myUnisa online will be marked online. The marked assignments will be returned to students to be available online . If you have made a mistake and want your assignment to be re-submitted, you must do so immediately. You can only submit an assignment while the re-submit link displays next to the number of the assignment. Before submitting, please check for mistakes.
