  • Works with merchant group to “understand” business issues/trends, customer purchasing dynamic
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Merchandising or related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to progress to CFP pathway
  • 3+ years of experience in merchandise planning or inventory management
  • Demonstrates ability to identify opportunities and create solutions
  • Possess strong aptitude with numbers, retail math skills and understanding of forecasting methodology
  • Ability to positively influence and lead others
  • Manage the monthly Open-To-Buy process and communicate business performance during weekly sales and monthly open to buy meetings
