You can change your Boost Mobile phone number once every 24 hours. If you want to change the number in under 24 hours again then you need to visit the Boost Mobile store or call 611 and also pay a $15 fee to change the number.

You can change your phone number using the Boost Mobile website which is a very convenient option.

• Open the Boost Mobile website.
• Log in to your account using the phone number and PIN.
• Navigate to the “My Device” section. Click on “Change phone number” next to the device for which you want to change the phone number.
• Next, enter the 3-digit area code which will also be the first three digits of your new number.
• A prompt will appear to inform you that once you request a new number you will not be able to change it back to your old phone number. Confirm the message to proceed.
• After confirmation, you will see your new phone number on the screen. But the process may take a few hours.

2. Boost Mobile App

Another simple way to change your Boost Mobile phone number is by using the app.

Follow the steps mentioned below to change your Boost Mobile phone number using the app:

• Open the Boost One app on your phone.
• If you have not logged in, then log in to your account using the phone number and PIN.
• Tap on “Account” at the bottom of the screen.

Did that months ago. Settings—>Wallet—>Scroll down and set telephone number.

Didn’t work. When I use Apple Pay, my old number still comes up. I have changed the number everywhere. It won’t change in Wallet.

I just called Apple Support. They said the number comes from the bank holding the card. I called my bank and sure enough, the old number was still listed there.

I deleted all my cards from Apple Pay, restarted my iPhone, and then put cards back in. This worked for me.

Thanks. That sounds kind of elaborate but good to know it worked for you. I notice that when I use Apple Pay for specific merchants, a box pops up with the phone number before I click pay — maybe I will just try to change it there.

Open the settings app>tap Apple ID (your name at the top)>go to name, phone numbers, email - edit phone number as needed.

Same here. Does not work. My phone number is correct every place I look, yet when I do an Apple Pay from my iPhone, my phone number is incorrect.

How do I bring my number to Boost?

Transferring your number to Boost Mobile service is easy.

Simply head to activate and choose ‘keep existing number'. You do not need to contact your previous provider. We’ll sort that out with them.

Please keep your old SIM in your phone until you’ve completed the activation form, as you’ll be sent an SMS to verify you have access to the phone number that is being transferred.

Your number should be active on Boost Mobile within 4 to 24 hours after activating. If you make a request outside business hours, including Sundays and public holidays, we’ll process it on the next business day. You can still use the number with your previous provider until the switch to us is complete.
