The Hit is a quest in Fable II that becomes active after you leave from the Spire .
Assassins will attack you in a few regions and you have to kill groups of them to receive different parts of a map to the Highwayman's Guild. The first group is usually found near the Rookridge Inn. Once you get all parts of the map, you will be led to the Forsaken Fortress . Here, you will have to fight a group of highwaymen and then defeat their leader, Darius Zing .

Highwaymen spawning locations [ ]
Bandit Coast : On the path coming out of Brightwood
Bloodstone : While going up the stairs to reach the Temple of Benevelent Yokels.
Bower Lake : On the way to Thag's camp.
Bower Lake: On the way to Brightwood.
Brightwood : On the path coming out of Bower Lake
Brightwood: On the way to Bandit Coast
Oakfield : On the way to the Temple of Light
Rookridge : On the path coming out of Bowerstone Old Town
Rookridge: Between the Lucky Heather Tavern, and the path to Oakfield.
Westcliff : On the path coming out of Bandit Coast
Lucien's Contract [ ]
This is the trophy obtainable upon completion of this sidequest. It is the contract Lucien signed to have the player killed after he or she escaped from the Spire .
Logbook Information [ ]
Description: A contract has been taken out on your life.
Conclusion: If Lucien thought hiring the renowned assassins of the Highwaymen's Guild would be enough to get rid of you, he was wrong.
- Completing this quest will stop all highwaymen assassination attacks, but will not stop the general highwaymen and bandit ambushes.
- You can do this quest after beating the main storyline, though Lucien is already dead.
- The four fragments can be found by walking the main roads in Rookridge, Bower Lake, Brightwood, Bandit Coast and Westcliff where you will be attacked by groups of bandits. Also, you can be attacked in Bloodstone.

The Assassination Society is a guild of assassins who take contracts for killing people, not to be confused with the Highwayman's Guild who wear identical clothing to assassins of The Society. Only times I've been able to find it have been: 1) If I gave the warrants to Arfur during childhood, in which case the quest giver shows up in Old Bowerstone. 2) If I gave the warrants to Derek the Guard, Assassination missions don't become available until I reached Bloodstone, and the quest giver appeared there.

The first thing you should do is look at the slip of parchment you get the assassination info on - that should tell you how many stars the current mark is. As for the actual gold reward, I believe the next level rewards you with 1500 pieces. Diablo56789 (Topic Creator) 14 years ago #3.

When it does, you'll be talking to a shady fellow in one of Albion's alleyways who wants to "solicit your services". Accept the job and you'll receieve an Assassination Contract with details on who the Society wants dead. Carry out the job for negative morality points and a risk-dependent amount of gold. That's where they always seem to spawn for me for some reason. Anywho, Literally I sleep for 1 day and the day before no job.
