- Troubleshooting
If you experience video pausing, you may be experiencing slow data transfer. If you pause the video and wait for more (or all) of it to download before you resume playing, it will play without stopping. You can tell how much of the video has downloaded by looking at the controller bar at the bottom of the player window. You will see the bar fill in with gray, from left to right, as the video downloads. Once the controller bar is completely filled in with gray, the video has finished downloading.
Should you encounter such an issue, and your computer meets the system requirements, please email us and we will send you instructions to perform a quick test that will assist in determining a solution.
To expedite the troubleshooting process, you may want to include information like browser type and version (for example, Internet Explorer 11, Firefox 58, etc.), the URL where the problem is occurring, and screenshots of the problem. This website shows several methods for taking screenshots based on your operating system: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

Police: 1 dead in Cooper City after vehicle crashes into tree, goes up in flames
Sanela Sabovic , Reporter
Amanda Batchelor , Digital Executive Producer
COOPER CITY, Fla. – Authorities in Broward County are investigating a fatal crash.
It occurred Tuesday shortly after 8:30 p.m. in the area of Pine Island Road and Southwest 51st Street in Cooper City.
First responders arrived to find a vehicle engulfed in flames that had crashed into a tree.
After the fire was extinguished, authorities found a man deceased inside the vehicle.
His identity has not been released.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, it appears that the driver of the 2004 Lexus IS300 was speeding while heading south on South Pine Island Road.
Deputies said the driver eventually lost control of the vehicle and started to slide sideways.
The vehicle then jumped the raised curb and crashed head-on into a tree in the center median, causing it to be uprooted.
“Investigators say the vehicle rotated around the first tree and struck a second tree with the rear driver’s side of the vehicle coming to a final rest against the tree,” a BSO news release stated. “The impact caused the vehicle to become engulfed in flames with the driver inside the vehicle.”
An investigation into the cause of the crash remains ongoing.
