Best Study Timetable for NEET 2022

study timetable for neet 2022

NEET is a standard entrance exam in India for admission to MBBS programs. Every year, the rivalry for a spot in a government medical institution grows, making it tough to pass the exam with a respectable score. For first-year students, there is also the strain of managing board exams in addition to NEET. Having a good study timetable for NEET 2022 might assist you in avoiding tension and worry.

One of the benefits of having a daily NEET study schedule is that you already know what is coming up next on your timeline when you accomplish one task.

Here are a few tips that you can follow to make the perfect timetable to crack your NEET exam:

● Collect the study material wisely

Line by line, read the NCERT textbooks. Everything in NCERT is crucial for NEET, including solved examples, exercises, and a summary. All NCERT diagrams in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology should be observed and thoroughly practiced. In NEET, a few issues may arise that are not covered by NCERT; your coaching materials and reference books should address them.

● Topics and chapters that you believe are less vital for NEET should not be left out

Since a simple question may originate from a topic that you feel frivolous or difficult to read, complete all subjects. When studying a difficult chapter, don’t think you have to cram or study for long periods to finish it all at once. Instead of a single marathon study session, study each day for a bit of time.

● Take notes while you’re learning

Always make an effort to make clear and easy-to-understand notes. To discover how to clear NEET, scribble tiny point-by-point notes in a diary and then refine them afterward. Easy-to-understand is one of the best ways to improve memory. It will also help you with the revising process. You can quickly revise your work.

● Maintain a well-balanced diet

When you face the examination, you need to be confident. To achieve overall good health, you must eat a nutritious diet . Diets high in iron and vitamin B can help your brain work better by providing the minerals it needs.

● Mock exams for practice

Time management is the most critical aspect of the exam. Candidates taking the NEET Exam must complete 180 questions in approximately 180 minutes. This means they only have one minute to respond to each question. So, set a time limit and regularly practice exam papers.

● It is essential to take regular study breaks

The human mind can focus only for a certain amount of time. We need rest to work productively since we are people, not machines. As a result, it’s vital to recognize that keeping maximum attention necessitates taking ideal breaks to recover. A ten-minute walk or simply taking a short nap could be beneficial for clarity of mind.

● Revision is the key

You should frequently revise, even if you think you’ve mastered a topic, idea, chapter, or subject. NEET preparation demands a significant amount of review.

  • Go through the formulas and their derivations again.
  • Examine key reactions, equations, and mechanisms.

This should be the ideal daily routine for NEET aspirants, which can increase your chances of getting into a good medical college. If you are planning to opt for this exam and want to take coaching for the same, then IIB coaching institute can be your best choice. It is the best online NEET preparation centre and can prove to be of great importance in your NEET preparation journey.

Notes to Remember Before NEET Preparation

The keys are dedication, willpower, and hard work for the NEET Exam.

Even though you have a NEET study schedule, you must adhere to it completely if you want to achieve your career goals.

Select the best study materials . Although NCERT is the finest and authentic study guide for the NEET exam, you still need to gain some good exposure in other materials as well.  Always select quality study material in addition to NCERT textbooks .

Planning your daily schedule with a timetable and a study planner is strongly suggested.

You should set about 7 to 8 hours per day to prepare for the NEET. However, it depends on the individual's ability to understand.

We advise you to devote around two hours every day to each of the two subjects you are required to learn.

The NEET dropper’s timetable must include revision every single day.

A Simple Study Timetable for NEET Droppers

Aspirants can follow a dynamic timetable like this to crack the examination. Please note that you can change the timetable as per your convenience.

Preparation Tips for NEET Droppers

1. know exactly what went wrong.

Finding out what went wrong the last time is the first advice for droppers getting ready for the NEET. It's important to recognise the reason you could not crack the exam if you want to go forward. Make a list of the reasons you believe led to your previous NEET performance. Be honest when you create this list. You won't be able to overcome your weaknesses and do better on your next attempt if you don't embrace them now.

2. Accepting Your Mistakes

After making a list of everything you believe led to your weak NEET score, you must cross each reason off one by one. This is your chance to make corrections if you feel that you did not devote enough time to revision. If you think you still have questions, start working on them. Whether there are many or few reasons on the list, the goal is to make sure that none of them will hold you back the next time.

3. A Different Perspective on the Preparation

Now is the perfect time to obtain a mentor or guide if you don't already have one. You are already familiar with the NEET syllabus and pattern because you have already taken this exam once. Most of the NEET question papers from previous years have probably been solved by you. You'll be able to see things from a fresh perspective if you have a mentor or guide by your side. You'll be able to restart your NEET preparation from scratch.

4. A Modified Timetable for NEET Droppers 2022

A modified timEtable for NEET droppers 2022 is important. There must be a lot of you who have enrolled for coaching programmes. Classes tend to be lengthier for dropper year students. Self-study is still an important factor of preparation. Make a new schedule that includes the time spent at the coaching facility. Give yourself another 6 to 8 hours to study on your own. When creating the new schedule, remember to take the list you created in the first step into consideration as well.

5. Filling in the Gaps

Try to fill in the gaps in your NEET preparation throughout the first half of your dropper year. By covering the chapters that were missed the previous year, the NEET course syllabus would be completed. Pay attention to the subjects or topics that need to be improved. Doing this, don't forget to revise. This is the time to strike a balance between the old and the new.

6. Management of Time

Lack of time management is one of the major issues that many students experience. It is impossible to overstate the value of time management, and prioritising is one of the most crucial phases in the process. The skill of prioritising is something that very few people are able to master. Once you know the difference between important and unimportant tasks, you can manage your time effectively. It is one of the important factors in the daily routine of NEET droppers.

7. Attempt Mock Tests

Lastly, a crucial NEET preparation advice for dropouts is to complete at least two NEET mock tests per week during the last six months of your preparation. You will be exposed to questions of various levels of complexity through mock tests. You can use this to improve your NEET preparation and get ready for exam day.

Additionally, during the final month of study, glance over the questions from past exams. Every year, the exam contains a large number of questions that are repeated. You can improve your answers to these questions by studying previous NEET question papers.

Conclusion

This concludes our discussion of the NEET 2022 dropper timetable. The above-mentioned tips and strategies are attempted strategies that NEET toppers who dropped out used. We appreciate your dedication and hard work in working towards your dream of becoming a doctor, and we wish you well as you get ready for the NEET.

How to use the time table for NEET preparation 2024 effectively?

To use the time table for NEET preparation 2024 effectively, it is necessary to follow certain rules. Here's how medical aspirants can make the most out of the time table for NEET 2024 preparation -

Set realistic goals - Aspirants should start by setting achievable goals and targets. The candidates should not try to cover most of the syllabus at one go, instead break down the syllabus into daily and weekly targets. Ensure that you are covering all the topics of a particular day at all costs.

Allocate study hours - It is crucial to allot equal time to all the subjects. Dedicate a specific number of hours to each subject daily and allocate those study hours at your convenience.

Take frequent breaks - Along with the allocation of study hours, it is equally important to take frequent breaks between them. Take some breaks once a topic is completed, and avoid studying continuously as it may jolt your mind.

Weekly revision - Once you have covered the topics of one week from the time table of NEET preparation 2024, it is important to revise the topics once every week. By doing so, the aspirants will remain in touch with the syllabus they have covered.

Take mock tests - Once the whole self study time table for NEET preparation is covered, it is time for taking some mock tests. NEET mock tests help in revising the topics and getting familiar with the exam pattern. Not only does it boost the confidence of the candidate, but also helps them in memorising certain topics they may have left out during their preparation.

Stay consistent - Consistency is key when it comes to NEET 2024 preparation. Aspirants should stick with the NEET study time table at any cost. They should not carry forward any topic from the time table to the next day. Be disciplined in following the NEET 2024 preparation time table to make the most of your study time.

Hello Nitin

486 marks will be considered a good score with sc category,  with this score you must get a medical seat in government college but we can't predict which  college you will get as it depends upon neet cut off 2024.

The qualifying percentile For sc category is 40 percentile ie score 137-107 , for AIQ cut off will be high so please wait for results

Cut off changes every year and it depends upon number of factors including seat intake, number of students appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off etc.

From your profile I got to know your state is Haryana .

Now looking at previous year's cut off trends you must get seat in following colleges

BPS medical college

Kalpana Chawla government medical college

SHKM government medical college

Pt. B D sharna post graduate Institute of Medical sciences .

Hello aspirant

Sorry to say but your class xii marks are not sufficient to make you eligible for appearing Neet.

The minimum aggregate marks required in three subjects. Physics, chemistry and biology are 150.

Seeing to your score you have got 54 marks in physics,  50 marks in biology and chemistry ( 11+29 =)40

54 + 50 + 40 = 144 this score is less than 150 marks

Even with your improvement exam marks in chemistry where you got 18 +27= 45

Now 54 + 50 + 45 makes 149 again less than 150

Even 1 mark less than 150  won't be accepted.

You just don't loose hope,  you can try again.

Hello aspirant,

Neet is one of the most toughest exam of India and its cutoff is too high. Unfortunately, with the score of 124 in NEET out of 720, you can not expect seat in any government medical college across India, even if you belong to OBC category.

Hope this information helps you.

Unfortunately if your NEET score is 220 out of 720, you will not be eligible to apply to any Government Medical Colleges in India.

In my personal opinion, you should take a year gap prepare thoroughly for NEET and try to get the best medical College.

The percentage required in class 12 to be eligible for NEET exam is 50% for unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and PWD categories in Physics, Chemistry and Biology together. Since you have secured 53%, you are eligible for NEET.

Hope this information will help you. Thank you.

  • 2 Institute of Public Health, University of Gondar, Ethiopia
  • 3 College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar, Ethiopia
  • 4 College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia

The final, formatted version of the article will be published soon.

A prolonged time to recovery in the intensive care units has adverse effects on both the patients and the healthcare providers. However, there is limited evidence in African countries, including Ethiopia. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the time to recovery and its predictors among trauma patients admitted to intensive care units. Methods: An iInstitutional-based retrospective follow-up study was conducted on trauma patients hospitalized in the intensive care units between January 9, 2019, and January 8, 2022. The charts of 450 patients were chosen using a simple random sampling technique. Smart phone and tabletbased data collection was done and then exported into STATA version 16 for analysis. The logrank test and the Kaplan-Meier survival curve were fitted. An adjusted hazard ratio with 95 % confidence intervals was reported to declare the strength of association between time to recovery and predictors in the multivariable Weibull regression analysis. The overall incidence density rate of recovery was 6.53 per 100 person-day observations, with the a median time to recovery of 10 days. Being on mechanical ventilation (AHR = 0.47, 95% CI: 0.34, 0.64), Glasgow Coma Scale score between 9-12 and 13-15 (AHR = 1.58, 95% CI: 1.01, 2.47, and AHR = 1.66, 95% CI: 1.09, 2.53, respectively), poly-trauma (AHR = 0.55, 95% CI: 0.39, 0.78), and presence of complications (AHR = 0.43, 95% CI: 0.31, 0.59) were significant predictors of time to recovery. The incidence rate of recovery for trauma patients is lower than the national standard, and the median time to recovery is longer. Being on mechanical ventilation, mild and moderate GCS scores, poly-trauma, and the presence of complications were significantly associated with prolonged time to recovery. Therefore, special attention has to be given for to trauma patients who had poly-trauma, complications, received mechanical ventilation, and had a lower GCS score.

Keywords: predictors, Recovery, Survival, Trauma, Weibull regression
