Graduan yang berminat dengan bidang penyelidikan sentiasa mempunyai peluang untuk meneruskan kerjaya di bawah bidang berkenaan yang berkaitan dengan pelbagai sektor harta tanah sebagai pegawai penyelidik badan kerajaan terutamanya di National Property Information Centre (NAPIC). General Requirements of The University

Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or credit  in Malay / Bahasa Malaysia paper in July and passed in the subjects of history (SPM 2013 and onward)

• Have qualifications relevant Diploma or other qualification with at least CPA / CGPA of 2.50 from any Higher Education Institutions (IPTA) or Polytechnic or equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Government and approved by the University Senate.
• Candidates who do not qualify the CPA / CGPA of 2.50 but have working experience of at least 2 years in related field can be considered.
• Obtained at least a pass (Grade E) at SPM level in the subjects of English
• Obtained at least Level 2 (Band 2) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET)
• The candidate is not myopic and not physically handicapped (blind / deaf / paraplegic / mute) the practical assignments.
• Passed KPM Matriculation / Foundation Science UM / Foundation UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.00;
• Obtained at least Grade C (2.00) at the Matriculation level in any two (2) of the following subjects: Mathematics / Economics / Business Administration / Accounting
• Obtained at least Level 2 (band 2) in the Malaysian University Bahasa English Test (MUET)

Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), is one of the public universities in Malaysia primarily focusing on Engineering and Technology. About This Programme

Master in Real Estate and Facilities Management is a full-time research programmer. Each semester, research student are required to register for a research course. This is in addition to other compulsory/prerequisite courses as required by the university. Grade for each semester is given based on student's progress report

 Applicant must have a Bachelor Degree with Honours from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) or any other higher learning institution recognized by the Senate with cumulative grade points average (CGPA) of 2.75

Applicant with a bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent not meeting the minimum CGPA (as listed above) can be accepted subjected to the *minimum working experience in the relevant field. * ONE ( 1 ) year working experience equivalence to 0.1 CPA

Applicant with a bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent not meeting the minimum CGPA without any relevant working experience must undergo and pass (with a minimum of grade B) appropriate *enhancement courses determined by the faculty and meet the minimum CGPA of 2.75. * ONE ( 1 ) enhancement courses equivalence to 0.1 CPA

Dspace-cris consists of a data model describing objects of interest to research and development and a set of tools to manage the data. standard dspace is used to deal with publications and data sets, whereas dspace-cris involves other cris entities: researcher pages, projects, organization units and second level dynamic objects (single entities specialized by a profile, such as journal, prize, event etc; because any profile can define its own set of properties and nested objects).
